Ray was many things to many people. My personal memory of him was one Christmas a few years ago I happened to mention to him in conversation that as a child my mum thought Kerplunk was too dangerous for me to have. I thought no more about it until Christmas eve when I returned home to find a present on my doorstep. 'Santa' had brought me my very own Kerplunk. This is my special memory of Ray. A man capable of making so many happy, will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him. X
